This week we speak to Roy Routledge, a farmer from the Midwest region of Western Australia, who has diversified his skills as he moves off the farm and into contracting roles later on in life.
Roy and his wife Loretta took on the family farm near Northampton in the 1970s and developed a mixed livestock and cropping enterprise. These days the farm is being leased out and Roy is still travelling around the countryside, meeting new people and learning new skills and experiences as he contracts to different properties in Western Australia.
This month is supported by the Country Women's Association (CWA) of NSW.
