Islamic Association of Katanning

April 29, 2016

On this episode we continue to explore the theme of multiculturalism in regional Australia, we speak with Moh Aeson, Secretary of the Islamic Association in the Western Australian town of Katanning.
Moh’s parents came to Katanning, which prides itself on being one of the country’s most culturally diverse towns, in 1976. Moh tells Kendi about how his parents’ decision to move to Katanning shaped his life, and how openness is at the heart of his community.
